It's not just about the teas at The Three Little Pigs. When we opened we decided that we'd also serve great coffee, and to me great coffee meant Italian. So we invested in an espresso machine and tried various brands of coffee beans before settling on our favourite. So far so good...and I know that to many people coffee is just coffee...we get the occasional compliment and it makes us happy...but the 'icing on the cake' came last month when an Italian customer coffee aficionado, who'd ordered a cappucino said it was really good, and as good as any capuccino he'd drink back home in Italy!
